My name is Eric a technical program manager at Shinsegae International ecommerce dev team, where working closely with the team's engineers to enhance cultural and technical scalability and efficiency. By exercising technical architecture changes to the company's ecommerce platform and optimizing the team's operations I hope to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy. With a background in cloud infrastructure engineering and agile coaching, I’ve worked alongside C-suite leaders in fast-paced environments to foster sustainable growth across teams, products, and services; believing 'legacy systems' do not truly exist - but are in 'continuous transition' towards better efficiency and innovation.
