Robbie Gladmon is a Principal Architect on the Data Platforms team at Charter Communications. His passion is innovating and iterating on processes and tools for the betterment of the team. He loves applying technology to make people’s lives easier, from home automation to CI/CD automation.

At work, most of Robbie’s time is spent helping modernize applications and deployment practices, in addition to participating in various communities of practice. Robbie also serves as an advocate for Datadog across Charter teams, pushing them to take their observability to the next level.

When not at work, Robbie loves to enjoy the great outdoors that Colorado has to offer, spending weekends camping with his daughters. He also enjoys beach volleyball, exercise and building things at home.
