I’m a Principal Software Performance Engineer at SAS Institute, and I’m passionate about breaking down complex problems to proactively build for performance and scalability. SAS has a nearly 50-year history as a leader in data analytics and AI and is headquartered in Cary, North Carolina. I work in Research & Development and have over a decade of experience in performance engineering. I enjoy the investigative process, understanding architecture, data flow, scenarios, goals, limitations and analyzing what’s required to achieve efficiencies. As a mom of two teen athletes, I'm as busy optimizing meals and transport as I am micro-services, but I can deliver speed on any medium!
