Datadog’s core tools are tailored to provide SREs both a comprehensive overview of your entire infrastructure, and granular real-time details for each individual component.
In this workshop, you will use APM to track real-time service interactions, interpret vital metrics like error rates and latency, and review flame graphs for visibility into complex distributed systems. You will then query, analyze, and visualize metrics, create a metric-based monitor, and configure a Service Level Objective (SLO) to proactively safeguard performance. You will also use Cloud Network Monitoring (CNM) to evaluate network traffic patterns and troubleshoot real-world networking issues.
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to use Datadog to analyze the past, observe the present, and optimize for the future of your application infrastructure.
