If you have registered for DASH and can no longer attend, you may modify or cancel your registration by clicking here and the “Already registered” link. You will need your email address and confirmation number.

The refund policy is:

• Cancellation on or before May 24, 2024: Full refund of registration fee
• Cancellation after May 24, 2024: 50% refund of registration fee

Name changes to existing registrations can be made without incurring additional fees. Please email contactus@dashcon.io.

If you cancel or change your registration in accordance with these terms and are allowed a refund, Datadog will refund any applicable fees within 60 days after receipt of the cancellation or change notice. Refunds are sent using the same payment method you used during registration. Credit card refunds must be issued to the original credit card.

There is not a dedicated hotel block for DASH. New York boasts dozens of hotels within a short walk to Javits Center across different brands and price points. You can browse nearby hotels on the Javits Guide tourism website

Badge pickup will be located on the 3rd floor of North Javits. You can pick up your badge on Tuesday, June 25 and Wednesday June 26th from 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Don’t forget to bring your government-issued ID!

The deadline to submit a session proposal has passed.

Pre-registration for DASH 2024 workshops have hit capacity. If you are interested in joining a waitlist for a workshop, you can do so within the registration process (or by modifying an existing registration). You will be informed if a spot becomes available on a first come, first served basis via email.

On site at DASH, you will have the opportunity to wait in a standby line for your preferred workshop. At the start of the session, if seats are available, attendees will be let in from the standby line on a first come, first served basis. Historically, many people on standby have been able to access their desired workshop!

In the event you can’t access the workshop you prefer, there’s still a lot of great content and activities taking place within breakout sessions and the theaters located in the Expo. Or consider sitting for your Datadog certification exam while at DASH (included in your registration).

You are allotted two hours to complete the exam. We highly recommend arriving at your scheduled start time. Latecomers are permitted, but no additional time will be given to finish the exam.

No, your registration pertains solely to the certification exam itself, and does not encompass preparatory materials or time for preparation. We highly encourage you to prepare for your registered exam in the weeks leading up to DASH 2024. Visit our Datadog Certification website for preparatory material.

We offer an exam guide & practice exam for all of our certifications exams on our Datadog Certification website. We recommend that all test takers review these materials prior to taking their exam.

DASH 2024 will have a limited online experience. Join us on June 26 for the keynote, and a selection of live-streamed sessions. We’ll stream live on LinkedIn and YouTube, so please make sure to follow us to tune in! All sessions will be posted after the event.

The Javits Center features sidewalk ramps and automatic doors at all street levels, as well as accessible restrooms and elevators. Motorized devices may be used by people with mobility impairments subject to reasonable safety restrictions. If you need additional assistance or have accommodation requests, please contact us at least one week prior to the event. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations.

Vegetarian / Vegan options will be available for lunch. Please specify during registration any additional needs.

Yes, a Mother’s Room is available on Level 2 of the venue.
