Jaime Woo (pronouns: they/he) is Head of Product for SRE at Indeed. They’ve researched stress, burnout, and mental health in tech companies since 2016. They have led teams at DigitalOcean, Riot, and Shopify, where they launched the engineering communications function, and were part of inclusion efforts at each company specifically around ethnicity, gender identity and expression, and queerness. They are also currently pursuing their Masters of Education at Queen’s University specializing in models of Indigenous education. They are an avid lover of dumplings.
