With increasing organizational complexities, it is challenging to achieve a complete adoption of SRE and DevOps practices, overhead and misaligned priorities. The core of DevOps and SRE practices are mature communication and collaboration practices. Leads and Managers use metrics to measure this adoption, specifically the DORA Metrics: Deployment Frequency, Lead Time for Changes, Mean Time to Recovery and Change Failure Rate and the SLOs based on the SLI Menu proposed by Google.

In this talk, I am going to share how Datadog can leverage these SRE practices or wider DevOps practices allowing the automation in the collection and the visualization of them.
