Shiv Adhiapan is the Director of Site Reliability Engineering and Support at Yum. Yum is the largest restaurant chain in the world, with over 54,000 restaurants. He set out with a goal to transform the discipline of SRE into a product that provides SRE-as-a-service for other Yum products around the world. He comes from a strong engineering background with more than 15 years of experience in full stack development and utilizes his experience to bridge the gaps between engineering and SRE.
