Jaime Woo (pronouns: they/he) is Head of Product for SRE at Indeed. Jaime is coeditor of 97 Things Every SRE Should Know, cowrote the chapter on probability and statistics for SLIs and SLOs in Implementing Service Level Objectives, worked with Catchpoint on the SRE survey, and has spoken at SREcon multiple times on the impact of incident response processes in organizations. They have led teams at DigitalOcean, Riot, and Shopify, where they launched the engineering communications function. They are also currently pursuing their masters of education at Queen’s University. They are an avid lover of dumplings.
