J. Paul Reed is an internationally recognized speaker on resilience engineering, DevOps, and the sociotechnical complexity challenges (and opportunities!) facing organizations of all sizes. He’s worked with VMware, Mozilla, Symantec, and Netflix among others. He holds a master of Science in Human Factors and Systems Safety from Lund University.
