Erin Rakickas is a senior technical architect in Accenture’s global IT organization. In this role, he is responsible for the tools and methodology used in performance management of hundreds of applications across Accenture, and his team provides support when applications experience performance issues. Erin resides in Chicago with his wife, and has been playing the french horn for more than 25 years.
