Elise Shehram is a technology industry veteran with over 20 years combined hands-on and leadership software engineering experience. In her seven years in leadership, she’s led more than a dozen teams domestically and internationally across a variety of specializations. Elise is consistently dedicated to evolving human-centric management practices in the context of Agile software engineering. She mentors, volunteers, and speaks across a wide number of groups on management, leadership and engineering, and is especially passionate about opening opportunities and leveling the playing field for those with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
