Daniel Schierbeck started at Zendesk in 2011 when it was a small startup, and worked as a technical leader through its transformation into a multinational company with numerous teams and products. Daniel participated and helped lead many transformational projects, and has always had a fondness for observability. He was one of the early adopters of Datadog products, and he has helped implement several of them at Zendesk. Daniel currently works as a Senior Principal Engineer for Zendesk in Copenhagen, Denmark.
