Bill Hineline has been part of United Airlines since 2006, holding a variety of leadership roles in Operations and Engineering. His background application performance management, systems management, and quality assurance. In his current role a Director, Quality Assurance and Release Management, Bill also has accountability for United’s observability program. He has a passion for problem solving and loves to do that with lots of data. Outside of United, Bill serves as Chairman of the Board for the National Runaway Safeline, the national communications systems for runaway and homeless youth.
