Jay Barker has been working at Wayfair for 8+ years with most of his career being focused within their Operations Center after starting in IT support. Jay leads a team within the Operations center that brings a broad skill set to tackling various challenges across Wayfair Engineering whether it's in the realm of monitoring, automation or low level troubleshooting and debugging.
